We are aware of issues accessing the Civo dashboard and API with error pages occurring for some users accessing their NYC1 resources. We are investigating the cause.

We have applied a mitigation and access to NYC1 resources via the Civo dashboard and API has recovered. Error rates have returned to normal and we are monitoring to confirm the fix holds.
