Resolved - The routing instability should now be fixed and all services routable and accessible as expected. We will continue to monitor for any residual effects but are considering this incident resolved.

Monitoring - Our upstream network provider has reported they are seeing green across the board so all access and routing should be restored. We are continuing to monitor the situation for the time being.

Identified - Users may see intermittent drop-outs in connections to their instances due to a routing issue with our inbound network provider.

Instances and clusters remain operational and stable, the issue affects external access to/from them.

Monitoring - We have managed to resolve the issues and the rebalance hashow completed. We are going to continue to monitor neutron to make sure it behaves as expected. Any customers that created clusters which have failed to complete, we would recommend deleting the cluster and re-creating. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Identified - One of our network nodes has had a wobble and isn't seeing up new instances' networks correctly. We've restarted the software on that node and it will automatically correct the issue after it rebalances from the other nodes. This should be complete within about 2 hours.
